LIVESCAN LiveScan is an inkless fingerprinting system. Digitizing the fingerprint images enables us to electronically transmit fingerprints to the Department of Justice in a matter of seconds, instead of the days required to send hard copy fingerprint cards through the mail.

NOTARY We have gone through legal training and are licensed by the State of California to perform acts in legal affairs, in particular, witnessing document signing.  We are also members of the National  Notary Association.
